Refund Policy
At Metabolic, we aim to provide a safe and transparent experience for all our customers.
General Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for any review.
- Refunds will only be processed after verification and approval by our team.
- Shipping or service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, medicines, supplements, and consumable healthcare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed.
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
Doctor Prescription Changes
If the doctor prescribes a product different from the one originally ordered, the initial order will be cancelled and refunded, and a new order will be created for the prescribed product.
Exceptions (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery..
Refund Process
- Once a refund is initiated, it may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
- Please note that delays may occur due to bank processing timelines, public holidays, or bank closures, which are beyond our control.
- We will keep you updated on the status of your refund.
Mode of Refund
- Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Important Notes
- Once an order is dispensed or delivered, it cannot be returned due to strict medical safety standards.
- Metabolic reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
