General Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for any review.
  • Refunds will only be processed after verification and approval by our team.
  • Shipping or service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, medicines, supplements, and consumable healthcare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.

Doctor Prescription Changes

If the doctor prescribes a product different from the one originally ordered, the initial order will be cancelled and refunded, and a new order will be created for the prescribed product.

Exceptions (Eligible for Refund/Replacement)

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery..

Refund Process

  • Once a refund is initiated, it may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Please note that delays may occur due to bank processing timelines, public holidays, or bank closures, which are beyond our control.
  • We will keep you updated on the status of your refund.

Mode of Refund

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

Important Notes

  • Once an order is dispensed or delivered, it cannot be returned due to strict medical safety standards.
  • Metabolic reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
